PANGLIMA TNI
Letnan Jendral Agus Subiyanto mengangkat tiga perwira tinggi berpangkat mayjen menjadi pemimpin satuan elit TNI yang terdiri dari tiga angkatan sebagai bagian dari penyederhanaan struktur organisasi TNI.
Tiga perwira tinggi angkatan darat akan memegang kendali Komando Pasukan Khusus (Kopassus) Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat, Korps Marinir Angkatan Laut TNI serta Korp Pasukan Gerak Cepat (Kopasgat) TNI AU.
Perpindahan tiga perwira tinggi TNI dilakukan berdasarkan Keputusan Panglima TNI Nomor Kep/1033/VIII/2025. Menurut dokumen yang dikaji oleh Tempo, Letnan Jendral TNI Djon Afriandi, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Danjen Kopasus, kini diangkat menjadi Pangko Pasus (Pangkopassus).
Selanjutnya, Mayjen TNI (Marinir) Endi Supardi yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Komandan Marinir diangkat menjadi Panglima Korps Marinir (Pangkormar).
Ketiga, Letnan Jenderal (Lemda) Deny Muis yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Pasukan Gerak Cepat kini diangkat menjadi Panglima Korps Kopasgat (Pangkorpasgat).
Beberapa waktu lalu, TNI melakukan pengaturan ulang terhadap tiga kesatuan elite. Salah satu di antaranya adalah meningkatkan pangkat komandan ketiga kesatuan tersebut dari perwira tinggi berbintang dua menjadi berbintang tiga.
Peningkatan jabatan seorang pemimpin mendapat perhatian khusus saat Presiden Prabowo Subianto direncanakan menghadiri upacara pengangkatannya di pusat latihan Kopassus, Batujajar, Jawa Barat, hari Minggu, 10 Agustus 2025. Acara tersebut merupakan kesempatan penting untuk menunjukkan peningkatan posisi satuan elite TNI dibawah pimpinan Letjen Agus Subiyanto.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Angkatan Bersenjata RI Letnan Jendral Kristomei Sianturi mengkonfirmasi bahwa ketiga kesatuan elit tersebut akan dijabat oleh seorang perwira tinggi berpangkat bintang tiga. “Kopassus, Marinir, dan Kopasgat,” ujar Kristomei saat diminta konfirmasi pada hari Kamis, 7 Agustus 2025.
Kepala Staf Khusus Presiden untuk Urusan Pertahanan Nasional Letnan Jenderal Purnawirawan Dudung Abdurachman mengatakan bahwa perkembangan unit-unit militer, termasuk kenaikan jabatan para pemimpin Kopassus, adalah perintah langsung dari Presiden Prabowo Subianto. “Ini perintah presiden, saya mendengar memang ada pembentukan struktur organisasi,” katanya ketika bertemu dengan Tempo pada hari Rabu, 4 Agustus 2025.
Dudung mengatakan sejumlah area yang sedang dipertimbangkan sebagai basis dari unit baru Kopassus, seperti Pekanbaru, Kalimantan, Kendari, serta Papua. “Jadi nantinya akan terbentuk beberapa kelompok. Maksudnya, keputusan beliau (Presiden) karena cakupan wilayah yang luas, diperlukan adanya kesatuan-kesatuan yang dibentuk,” kata dia.
Kepala Badan Informasi Militer Departemen Pertahanan, Mayor Jenderal TNI Frega Wenas Inkiriwang, menyampaikan tambahan mengenai studi peningkatan struktur yang dilakukan oleh Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia sendiri. “Saran dan analisisnya datang dari TNI,” katanya saat di konfirmasi pada hari Kamis, 7 Agustus 2025.
